Return / Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund/store credit /an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided. A pickup will be arranged after that from the address of delivery.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 days to process returns days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed
Online refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card or debit statement, depending on your credit card company. Online refunds will be processed through the respective payment gateway where the payment was processed at the time of order.
Refunds on Cash on Delivery [COD] will be done in the bank account provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for receiving of damaged product, and we will only process exchange for damaged and use product.
